Our Policies
At Redan Coin Laundry, we aim to provide a clean, safe, and reliable experience for every customer. To maintain a comfortable environment, we keep our facility regularly sanitized and request that customers help us keep the space tidy by disposing of trash properly and reporting any machine issues to our staff.
Customers are encouraged to stay nearby while using the machines and to remove laundry promptly after each cycle so others can use the equipment without delay. Please double-check all pockets before washing, as we cannot be responsible for items left inside garments or for damage caused by items such as pens, crayons, or keys.
For our Wash • Dry • Fold service, every garment is handled with care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, color fading, shrinking, or manufacturing defects. Turnaround times may vary depending on volume, and any laundry left unclaimed for 14 days may be donated or discarded.
For Pickup & Delivery services, customers must ensure their laundry is ready at the scheduled time. Missed pickups may require rescheduling, and payment must be completed before garments are delivered back. Text notifications will be sent throughout the process to keep customers updated.
To ensure a safe and family-friendly space, children must remain supervised at all times, pets are not allowed inside except for service animals, and smoking or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Refunds are offered only in the event of a confirmed machine malfunction or service error.
